December 9th performance in Manila to move Araneta Coliseum - Important Ticket Information Update...

As previously announced, Sting's Back to Bass concert previously scheduled at the Mall of Asia Arena has been moved to Araneta Coliseum. There is no change to the show date, which remains Sunday, December 9th, 2012.

If you have a ticket to the previous venue, please see exchange instructions below. Refunds if necessary are available at point of purchase, as outlined below. For fans interested in purchasing tickets to Sting's concert at the Araneta Coliseum, those will go on sale beginning October 31st for General Admission and on November 10th for all reserved and VIP seating.

TICKET EXCHANGE FOR HARD TICKETS / REDEEMED TICKETS - NOVEMBER 10 - 20, 2012:

Customers may exchange their tickets in person November 10 through November 20, 2012. In order to receive the exchange, please bring your SMTICKETS ticket to the Ticketnet office at the Araneta Coliseum from 10AM-7PM daily. SMTickets and Ticketnet are working closely together in order to provide similar seat locations. All fans holding an SM Ticket who did not receive or register for a refund are assured a comparable ticket at the new venue.

Section exchange will be as follows:

MOA ARENA - ARANETA COLISEUM
VIP = VIP (reserved seating)
Patron = Patron (reserved seating)
Lower Box A = Lower Box (reserved seating)
Lower Box B = Upper Box A (reserved seating)
Upper Box = Upper Box B (reserved seating)
General Admission = General Admission (free seating)

TICKET EXCHANGE FOR UNREDEEMED TICKETS (BOUGHT ONLINE BUT NOT YET CLAIMED) - NOV. 5-15.

Customers with unredeemed vouchers must proceed to MOA Arena Ticket Booth between November 5 - 15 with their voucher, valid government issued ID, credit card (actual card and photocopy of card) used to purchase the MOA Arena/SMTickets tickets to claim their Araneta Coliseum/Ticketnet tickets. *After November 15, 2012, all unredeemed on-line purchases shall be deemed cancelled and charges reversed.

NEW TICKET PURCHASE FOR ARANATA ARENA - STARTING OCTOBER 31.

General Admission - selling will start October 31, 2012. VIP, Patron, Lower Box, Upper Box A & B - selling will start November 10, 2012.

TICKET REFUNDS - OCTOBER 31 - NOVEMBER 8:

Fans who do not wish to attend the rescheduled performance may refund their ticket refund October 31 to November 8, 2012 only. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED BEYOND THIS PERIOD. Those who wish to refund their tickets must proceed to the branch where they bought / redeemed their tickets. Customers must surrender their tickets in order to get refund. NO TICKET, NO REFUND.
a. Cash Transactions - customer surrenders ticket and is refunded in cash.
b. Credit Card Transactions - customer surrenders ticket and transaction will be reversed. Please allow 10-14 banking days to reverse the transaction.
c. Online Transactions:
i) UNREDEEMED TICKETS (TICKETS BOUGHT ONLINE BUT NOT YET CLAIMED) - Customer may email the TICKET CLAIM VOUCHER to smtickets@gmail.com to request a reversal to their order. Please allow 10-14 banking days to reverse the transaction.
ii) REDEEMED TICKETS - Customer surrenders ticket and transaction will be reversed. Please allow 10-14 banking days to reverse the transaction.

DECEMBER 9TH - ARANETA COLISEUM:

The box office at Araneta Coliseum will be open to assist out of town guests who are unable to exchange their ticket during the designated time frame. While no refunds will be available on night of show, tickets may be exchanged with available seating offered on a first come, first served basis.

Ovation Productions and Live Nation Global Touring apologize for any inconvenience to fans as a result of the venue change.

We are very disappointed with the re-assignment of seats. It was not even a one-is-to-one reassignment and they have lumped us in a crappy section of the coliseum. I have heard that people who are only buying tickets now are getting seats in better sections. There is really something wrong and I am sure that I am not the only one disappointed. Hope management could look into this.
